G1 – 1000m – Turf
| Battaash | An exceptional speedster – the winner of ten of his 20 starts – has finished 2nd in this for the past two years. On ratings he has a very good chance of winning it this time. |
| Equilateral | No obvious excuse when 7th in this in 2019. Always travelled well, making smooth progress to win a Meydan handicap off a big weight in January. |
| Hit The Bid | All four wins at this trip, twice at G3 level. His trainer has always thought he could win a G1, but no evidence to suggest it so far. |
| Rocket Action | Very fast and his four wins have been at this trip though on all-weather surfaces and he is 0-4 on grass. Will probably struggle at this level. |
| Sergei Prokofiev | Well beaten in all recent starts including in this G1 dash last year. A past G3 sprinting winner but even from this mighty stable he is very hard to fancy here. |
| Tis Marvellous | Yet to prove that he is a G1 performer but he does come alive here at Ascot, with a succession of excellent performances. Best on fast ground. |
| Well Done Fox | Disappointed in two starts last year, but more his own self when finishing well as a close 4th in a Newmarket G3 this month. Still, this look a big challenge. |
| Glass Slippers | Improved dramatically, winning a Listed race, a G3 and a G1 on her last three 2019 starts, the latter being a stylish success in the l’Abbaye at Longchamp. |
| Kurious | Suited by more positive tactics when winning her last two 2019 starts, in Listed and G3 company at Sandown. Best on good or slow ground. |
| Shades Of Blue | A decent sprinter who showed on her two previous Ascot adventures that she handles this place well. Didn’t look so happy at Newmarket on her 2020 return this month. |
| Liberty Beach | She showed blinding speed to win four of her six two-year-old starts, continuing with a 1200m win at Haydock this month. At least as effective over 1000m. |
