G2 – 1200m – Turf
| Sandrine | Unbeaten and looking top class. She is versatile also as she won a G3 at Ascot on heavy ground and a G2 at Newmarket on fast ground. A relaxed, scopey filly, she is one for the others to aim at. |
| Desert Dreamer | Capable of quickening really well from off the pace, with career best performances on her last two starts, second in a G2 at Newmarket and a G3 at Ascot. Best on quick ground. |
| Dreams Of Thunder | Moves up in distance, and makes an even bigger jump in class having so far finished placed in all three starts but in minor company. With a lot to prove at this level. |
| Hello You | Although never looking like beating Sandrine her G3 second at Royal Ascot on just her second start was an excellent effort, then racing too freely when third to the same filly in a Newmarket G2. |
| Illustrating | From a stable that have landed this before, and this winner of two of her three starts looks to have chances judged by the manner in which she beat previous winners at Goodwood. Up to 1200m which might well suit. |
| Misty Ayr | Taken to Ireland for a Listed event at Tipperary on her third start, only beaten by a subsequent winner. Didn’t prove much by beating two rivals last time but worth a try at this G2, up in class and distance. |
| Nazanin | Made an impressive winning debut over this trip and on soft ground at Newbury. Her fourth in a fast-ground G3 at Ascot on her second start was even more positive. |
| Nymphadora | Does have winning York experience, beating a subsequent dual winner into second over 1000m here on her second start. Hasn’t progressed in two starts since but maybe this step up to 1200m will help. |
| Outside World | Facing rivals who have competed in a higher grade than her but Frankie Dettori’s mount was visually impressive when leading throughout in a novices’ event here last month. |
| Vertiginous | Fifth in a G2 at Royal Ascot on her second start, but a beaten favourite in her other two races, looking like a difficult ride. Up to 1200m for this fourth attempt. |
| Zain Claudette | Her three runs have come over this trip and she has looked better each time notably when quickening well under today’s rider to beat some accomplished rivals in an Ascot G3. |
