1200m – Turf
1 | Triple Bowl | Only 1 win in 15 starts and is poorly weighted in this race carrying top weight but possessing a low rating. Recent runs have been encouraging, however, and gets his chance. |
2 | Win Win | A one-time winner from seven starts and looks unsuited by racing conditions and would need a big improvement to feature. |
3 | Stenmark | Has shown glimpses of ability in five starts so far but is consistently slowly away and gives big head starts. Look for a strong finish. |
4 | Elliot Ness | Smashed his maiden at start number three in fine style 28 days ago, drawing away by 3 ¾ lengths and posting a new track record time for the 1100m Polytrack. Appears hardest to beat. |
5 | Whiz Fizz | Won impressively on debut in February but failed to place at his subsequent start. Checked home a fair fourth last time and has since trialled okay. |
6 | Real Effecto | Withdrawn |
7 | Infinite Wisdom | Has shown ability in five starts so far and looks capable of improving third-up this week after contesting some okay form races. A win would surprise so place chances are preferred. |
8 | Rocket Ryane | An easy winner two starts ago but in a much weaker class of race but turned in an okay first-up 21 days ago when racing wide but making up good late ground. Not out of it. |
9 | Happy Saturday | May find this race easier racing with many horses his own age after contesting Class 4 races recently. Better form has been on the Polytrack however. |
10 | Big Tiger | Four-year-old debutant who has trialled on two occasions. Looked well in his most recent hit out and watch for betting support at his first race. |
11 | Everest | Won comfortably on debut 13 days ago, making all in running to score by one length. Looks like one to follow through the grades. |
12 | Strong N Smart | Heavily supported into favouritism 48 days ago but endured a wide trip and checked home a visually disappointing eighth place. Capable of improving this week. |
13 | Super Generous | Well beaten in two races so far and is hard to recommend on what we’ve seen. Others are preferred. |
14 | Skylight | Has attracted big betting support in two career starts but failed to find a spot in the Top 3 on each occasion. Open to improvement and may be able to sneak in for a place. |
15 | Victorem | Has shown little in two career starts and needs a big improvement to feature in a race like this. |

16 | Dragon Sands | Has not impressed in two career starts so far and would seemingly need big improvement to feature in the finish. |
