The Hong Kong Jockey Club reminds customers that Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) will open on non-racedays before the Season Finale on 15 July to provide services including betting on local races, cashing-in of vouchers or winning tickets, and betting account deposits or withdrawals. Betting services for football will not be available at OCBBs, and account opening or account related services, self-vending machines and “Caring Hearts” community service will also be suspended.

Details of the arrangements for services at OCBBs before the Season Finale are as follows:

– All customers are required to receive temperature screening before entry and wear surgical masks inside the OCBBs.

– Hand sanitisers will be provided at the entrances and exits of the OCBBs.

– Special measures will be implemented inside the OCBBs to ensure appropriate social distancing.

– To prevent over-crowding, customers are required to leave the OCBBs after the completion of service. Betting services and odds display for football matches will not be available inside the OCBBs.
