G2 – 1000m – Turf
| Campanelle | From the US stable that have won this three times, and this filly showed a ton of speed to easily outrun her rivals on her debut at Gulfstream Park last month. |
| Caroline Dale | Unfancied in the betting for her debut run but was only caught close home. Down to 1000m and sharply up in grade here. |
| Dandalla | Not particularly fancied in the betting for her debut, but she responded to pressure better than her rivals to win that Newcastle maiden. |
| Dickiedooda | Made most of the running, responding quickly to jockey pressure when winning a fast-ground maiden at The Curragh a few days ago. |
| Grammata | Only found today’s rival Dickiedooda too strong when they both made their debuts at The Curragh last week. Oisin Murphy booked for this G2 challenge. |
| Happy Romance | Fancied for her debut at Newmarket, not looking happy on that track, but fast and professional when thumping two rivals at Sandown a week ago. |
| Mamba Wamba | A cheaply purchased outsider, she ran on well to get 2nd in a 12-runner Newcastle maiden this month. In much deeper water here. |
| More Beautiful | This very well bred filly makes a quick appearance after beating 15 rivals in a Naas maiden. She won that, barely having to be put under any pressure. |
| Nurse Florence | Finished 3rd of 4 on her debut at Yarmouth last week, closing towards the end once she had got the hang of things. |
| Pelekai | The stable have already delivered plenty of recent two-year-old winners including Pelekai who led throughout to win a Newcastle maiden. |
| Risque | Has already raced twice this month, showing the benefit of her first start by winning at Lingfield. This is much tougher. |
| Royal Approval | She never looked like overcoming stable companion Campanelle in a maiden at Gulfstream Park late last month. Still, it was an encouraging start. |
| Sacred | A powerful-looking filly who, though briefly hemmed in, showed too much finishing kick for 11 rivals at Newmarket, a very good debut. |
| Sands Of Time | Flew out of the gates, quickly having her rivals in trouble when a runaway winner on the Lingfield all-weather on this month’s career debut. |
| Sardinia Sunset | Led briefly but was just outspeeded in the closing stages when 2nd of 12 at Newmarket this month. A good start. |
| Scarlet Bear | Up in grade and down from 1200m to 1000m, she showed plenty of speed when 3rd at Haydock this month. |
| Sparkling Perry | Unfancied for her second start having been soundly beaten first time, but though looking inexperienced she kept galloping to score an upset win at Doncaster. |
| Star Of Emaraaty | A very cheap purchase though well backed on her debut, at Haydock, running a solid 2nd. Down from that 1200m to 1000m. |
| The Good Ting | Ran respectably on her career debut at Lingfield, but surely won’t be quick enough to make an impact here. |
| Wings Of A Dove | Showed plenty of speed on her debut at Newmarket this month, just tiring in the closing stages to finish 5th of 12. |
