The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting seven races from the Takarazuka Kinen Day meeting at Hanshin Racecourse in Japan, on Sunday, 28 June (first race 11:55 a.m. Hong Kong time).
The G1 Takarazuka Kinen (2200m for 3yo+) is the grand prize for Japan’s middle-distance horses and caps the spring season. It is one of two races on the Japanese racing calendar that provide an opportunity for racing fans to select the majority of runners via a vote.
The seven races to be simulcast from Japan are:
S1-1 11:55 am 3yo Maiden (1200m Dirt)
S1-2 12:25 pm 3yo and up 1 win (2200m Turf)
S1-3 12:55 pm Kinosaki Tokubetsu (1800m Turf)
S1-4 1:25 pm Maiko Tokubetsu (1400m Turf)
S1-5 2:00 pm Hananomichi Stakes (1800m Dirt)
S1-6 2:40 pm Takarazuka Kinen (G1 2200m Turf)
S1-7 3:30 pm Ribbon Sho (1800m Dirt)
Final declarations with barrier draw for the Takarazuka Kinen will be available on Friday 26 June, while the final declarations with barrier draws for the other races will be published at HKJC.com on Saturday, 27 June.
