| 2 | Cherokee Trail | Ryan Moore’s mount didn’t take to the dirt surface in Saudi Arabia, but had looked promising winning his first two starts in 2019. A surprise if he beat stablemate Waldkonig here. |
| 3 | Formality | A strong-looking colt, he was slowly away on his debut, over 1400m at Newmarket last October. Finished 5th, doing some good late work. |
| 4 | Luncies | Made his debut on the Lingfield all-weather in March. Despite being slowly away, he had too much class for 10 rivals late on. Up in distance and on to the grass. |
| 5 | Mishriff | The figures suggest race by race improvement and he ran a cracking 2nd in a valuable 1600m event on the dirt in Saudi Arabia in February. |
| 6 | Punctuation | Both starts have been over further than this but impressive at Kempton in February giving his nearest rival an 11L thrashing. Slow turf may be his ideal. |

| 9 | Waldkonig | Half-brother to Arc winner Waldgeist, he created a stunning impression when routing his rivals at Wolverhampton in December. He could be top class. |
