1400m – Turf

1 Centenary Diamond Is resuming from the break and drops in class. Has previously scored two wins at this level and looked good in a recent trial when fourth. Last start beaten in a Class 3 when he found it too tough.
2 Mig Pierro Has support but disappointed with a seventh place finish last start when he returned a roarer. Hard to recommend based on the health issues.
3 Mr Alejandro Ridden perfectly last start, surged to the lead and just grabbed late. Previously was smashed in the betting and won accordingly. Follow if supported on the tote.
4 Breathe Fire A one-time winner from New Zealand who failed to show up at his Singapore debut and may need more time to acclimatise.
5 Don De La Vega A last start winner who is a hard horse to catch. Likes to get back and needs a solid speed to produce a fast finish. Can surprise at value.
6 Lim’s Spin Heavily supported in the betting last start when he raced greenly but still proved too good for his rivals. Has trialed well twice for his return and looks the one to beat.
7 Elite Silverghost Has only been placed once from eight starts in Singapore. Was making ground late last start over 1200m but it’s hard to see him winning this race.
8 Mustengo Well beaten last start but will be better suited over the 1400m of this race and can improve.
9 Circuit Star Raced handy and battled on fairly last start when he had every chance with a fourth place finish in this grade. Place chance here.
10 Glory Shine One-time winner who raced handy but showed little fight last start behind Implement. Prefer others.
11 I’m A Conqueror Has been struggling and had no excuses on the Polytrack. Better suited on the turf here and can improve.
12 Super Speed Smashed in the betting at his return when he tracked the speed and charged home to win easily. On the way up and can run well again.
13 The Iceman Maiden winner three starts ago who failed at his next two starts. Last start was slow away and made some ground late but never looked likely.
14 Gold Rush Failed at all three career starts and despite making ground last start, this looks too tough.

15 Elite Remarkable A five-time winner from Argentina who has failed at all 13 Singapore starts. Hard to recommend him here.
16 Basilisk Won a moderate Class 4 race two starts ago before failing last start on the Polytrack. Suited here back on the turf and can improve.
