G2 – 1000m – Turf
| Andronicus Beau | Sprint bred and reasonable debut 4th at Newcastle where showed pace but faded. Needs a lot more. |
| Cooperation | Did better on second run five days ago when runner up in small race at Newmarket. Will need to do a lot better. |
| Emirati Dirham | Better than appears on paper in latest run six days ago at Doncaster. Finished 3rd after awkward at start and not clear run towards finish. A live outsider. |
| Eye Of Heaven | Travelled powerfully and picked up well when winning on debut at Newmarket this month. An appealing prospect. |
| Get It | Good effort when runner-up to Eye Of Heaven at Newmarket. Should go well but will be hard to turn the tables. |
| Golden Pal | Wesley Ward won this race in 2013 and 2018 and have to respect Golden Pal, a close 2nd on debut over 900m at Gulfstream Park. Will favour fast ground. |
| Imperial Force | Promising debut when runner-up over 1200m at Newmarket this month. Gives him decent chance. |
| Jojo Rabbit | Cheap yearling won small race easily at Wolverhampton recently. Speedy but this much tougher. |
| Lipizzaner | Aidan O’Brien going for fourth win in race with US$650,000 yearling. Twice 2nd in maidens. Runs suggest 1000m on fast ground may suit him. |
| Macho Pride | Won small race on all-weather at Newcastle but this is much harder. |
| Nelson Gay | Cheap yearling. Well beaten 3rd to The Lir Jet at Yarmouth and hard to see him reversing that. |
| Papal Bee | Unraced. Cheap yearling and would cause shock if won. |
| The Lir Jet | £8,000 yearling who broke course record on debut at Yarmouth. Won well but probably a weak race. A lot still to prove. |
| Ventura Tormenta | Richard Hannon, father and son, have won race four times between them but a formidable task to win this on first appearance. |
