| 4 | First Prophet | Made his debut last Friday and, though looking inexperienced, he travelled strongly and proved too good for six rivals over this trip at Newbury. |
| 5 | Golden Flame | Strong-looking, he made an encouraging career debut over this trip at Haydock last week, leading but just finding one rival too strong. |
| 6 | March Law | Made quite an encouraging debut when fourth of eight over this distance at Haydock last week. He raced too keenly there. |
