The Hong Kong Jockey Club Pre-Season Carnival will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse and Penfold Park on 24 August 2019. As a number of horse activities are being held on that day, and for reasons of public safety, dogs (with the exception of guide dogs wearing harnesses) are not allowed in the Park.
