The Hong Kong Jockey Club held barrier trials at the Conghua Training Centre (CTC) for the first time today (Thursday, 23 August, 2018). All three barrier trials were run over 1200m on the large all-weather track.
The Danny Shum-trained Come On Wongchoy passed the post ahead of the rest in the first batch, while Lucky Hero and Lucky Storm finished at the fore in batches two and three for trainer Danny Shum respectively.
The Conghua Training Centre will have its official opening on Tuesday, 28 August.
