G3 – 2400m – Turf
1 |
Camorra |
Most of his runs have been in handicaps, with solid efforts in his three starts this season without managing a win. Only beaten by a rival getting lots of weight from him last time. |
2 |
Innisfree |
Has had problems and has only had five career starts but that includes a 1600m G2 win at The Curragh in 2019. A very encouraging return last month after a 651-day absence. |

Leo de Fury |
His supporters will hope that he can recapture the form that saw him surge from the back to win a 2100m G2 at The Curragh last year. Needs to prove himself at this trip. |
4 |
Questionare |
Expensive to follow having been beaten in all 15 starts since winning on his career debut. Recent efforts at G2 and G3 level are not encouraging. |
5 |
Thunder Kiss |
A strong charge from the back saw her win a G3 over this trip at Cork in June. Has run perfectly well in two other G3’s since and is versatile in terms of surface conditions. |
6 |
Forbearance |
Her career highlight came last time when she kept responding to pressure to narrowly win a Listed event over this trip at York. Lightly raced, she may still be capable of better. |
7 |
Zawara |
From a stable with an excellent record in this. Came from last to first to win at Gowran Park in June but never looked like winning a G3 at The Curragh last time. |
8 |
Earlswood |
Has won 2000m G3’s at The Curragh on two of his last three starts, and in between he finished fourth in the G1 Irish Derby. Chance, especially on a slow surface. |
9 |
Sir Lamorak |
Made no impact in a G1 on very slow ground at Longchamp last time. Much better when almost winning a Royal Ascot handicap over this trip, and on fast ground. |
