Simulcast and betting arrangements for Greyville 2000 Day and Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) Two Double Trio pools on offer for Greyville 2000 Day
HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast eight races of Greyville 2000 Day from Greyville Racecourse, South Africa on Saturday 29 May. Bets will be accepted* for these overseas races and two Double Trio pools will be offered. Besides, World Pool will be offered (Win, Place, Quinella and Quinella Place) to ensure a maximum liquidity for racegoers.
HKJC will also simulcast Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) from Tokyo Racecourse, Japan as part of the Sha Tin day meeting on Sunday 30 May. Bets will be accepted* for this overseas race.
The ticket sales for Greyville 2000 Day will be available from 3:30 pm on Friday, 28 May while the ticket sales for Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) will be available from 12:00 nn on Saturday, 29 May. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)
Race times and betting pools
The simulcast of Greyville 2000 Day is scheduled as S1-2 to S1-9, and is due to start at 6:25 pm on 29 May. Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) is scheduled as S2-1 and due to start at 2:40 pm on Sunday 30 May, when ten local races will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse on the same afternoon. The local races have been scheduled as Races 1 to 10. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

‘S1’ or ‘S2’ must be indicated for overseas race bets
Customers betting with cash or Interactive Services** on overseas races should mark the ‘S1 box’ or ‘S2 box’ and race number of the overseas race on the ticket or as required by the Interactive Services interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input ‘overseas race’ and the race number respectively.
If ‘S1’, ‘S2’ or ‘Overseas race’ is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.
Odds and starter information for overseas races
The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs, via Interactive Services, and on the Odds and Information Hotline 1835888.
Ticket Sales Arrangement for the Overseas Races
The ticket sales for Greyville 2000 Day will be available from 3:30 pm on Friday, 28 May. The ticket sales for Tokyo Yushun (Japanese Derby) will be available from 12:00 nn on Saturday, 29 May.
