G1 – 1200m – Turf
| Advertise | A top two-year-old including a G1 success over this distance at The Curragh. Nothing has gone right this year and disappointing in Newmarket’s 2000 Guineas on his only start. At least the drop back in trip looks a plus. |
| Hello Youmzain | Dented the huge reputation of the previously unbeaten Calyx with an easy G2 win over this distance at Haydock last month and it did not look like to be a fluke. Handles all surfaces. |
| Jash | Has won three of his four starts and narrowly beaten in a G1 in the other. Not obviously impressive when winning a Newmarket Listed race on his 2019 return, but the drop back to this trip looks positive. |
| Khaadem | The figures suggest he has improved race by race and he impressively asserted his authority in the closing stages of a 1200m Listed event at Newbury last month. |
| Konchek | His second in a fast-ground G2 at Newmarket last July was probably his career highlight. However he’s only won one of his nine starts and will be an outsider. |
| Rumble Inthejungle | Very pacey at two, including a G3 1000m success at Goodwood and, after racing prominently, he was a 4L third to Ten Sovereigns in a G1 at this trip. This looks tough without a 2019 run. |
| Ten Sovereigns | A brilliant and unbeaten two-year-old, finishing 2018 with a G1 win over this distance at Newmarket. Didn’t quite stay the 1600m on Newmarket’s 2000 Guineas in May, but back at this trip he looks the one to beat. |
| Forever In Dreams | Showed a lot of speed at two, winning her first two starts when trained in France. She showed a fighting attitude when winning a Listed event at Haydock last month. Versatile groundwise. |
| Royal Intervention | Soon in front in a 1200m G2 at Haydock last month and able to dictate at a speed that suited, but she was run down by higher rated rivals including winner Hello Youmzain. Hard to fancy. |
