The Stewards have been advised that GOLD VELVET (V400), trained by A T Millard, worked on the Small All Weather Track this morning carrying the incorrect saddle cloth. It has been ascertained that on this occasion GOLD VELVET incorrectly carried the saddle cloth assigned to STRATHCLYDE, also trained by Mr Millard, which is V225.

It has been further ascertained that STRATHCLYDE worked later this morning carrying its correct saddle cloth.

After having spoken with Mr Millard today about this matter, the Stewards will consider the relevant circumstances prior to the Happy Valley racemeeting to be conducted on Wednesday, 29 May 2019.
