The Licensing Committee resolved to:-

1. withdraw Eddy W M Lai’s Freelance Jockey’s licence for the current 2018/2019 racing season with immediate effect.

2. extend the currently approved stable retainer agreement between Trainer John Size and Jockey Joao Moreira for the period from 10 June 2019 to the conclusion of the current 2018/2019 racing season, both dates inclusive.

3. grant an extension of Joao Moreira’s Stable Retained Jockey’s licence for the period from 10 June 2019 to the conclusion of the current 2018/2019 racing season, both dates inclusive.

4. grant an Assistant Trainer’s licence to Tai Siu Lun from 1 June 2019 to the conclusion of the current 2018/2019 racing season, both dates inclusive, allocated to Trainer David Ferraris.
