Latest of three wins over 1200m at Chantilly in April. Plenty of good efforts over this slightly longer trip, including third over this course and distance last year.

Beaten in his last 17 starts. Effective at this trip and further.

On The Sea

His second over this course and distance last year was one of his best performances during a long losing sequence. Only just failed to win a 14-runner Longchamp claiming event last time.

Won over this course and distance last December. Lightly raced this year, but ran promisingly last time.

Chef D’Orchestre

Winner of three of his 18 starts, including his last two – and convincingly at Argentan last time – with this sort of trip now looking his ideal. Might still be well handicapped.

Rakan

His only win came over this trip at Chantilly, but two good placed efforts over this course and distance also. Has had a mini-break since fourth at Longchamp in June.

Ventura Vision

No wins from seven starts since she moved from the UK to France, on turf recently. May be happier returning to an all-weather surface on which her two UK wins came.

Karankawa

Proven over this trip, her last win – at Cagnes-Sur-Mer in January – came over it. But below that form on five starts since.

Svolta

Three disappointing efforts at Deauville this year.  Ran third on her latest start but that looked like a weak race.

Only career win came after a hard-fought battle over 1200m two starts ago. Only just beaten over this course and distance in January.

Big Kitty

Has twice competed over this course and distance, finishing third and sixth. But soundly beaten on recent starts.

George The Prince

It is positive that some of his best efforts have come over this course and distance, including his most recent victory, and only beaten 0.5L when fourth over 1200m here last time.

No Niki No

Has been in very good shape in recent starts, causing a surprise victory on the Saint Cloud turf in June and also a gutsy victory at Clairefontaine last month.

Casive

Well handicapped on her best form, including a course and distance victory here back in 2020. Not so positive is that she has been well behind in recent starts.

Dream For All

Sole victory came over 1600m at Chantilly in 2020. Has finished third over this course and distance but looks to ideally prefer further.

La Venelloise

Not notably consistent but she did beat 13 rivals at Marseille Pont De Vivaux last time, and did finish a respectable fourth on her only previous Deauville run.
