G2 – 2371m – Turf

Kemari |
Increasingly impressive in his three starts notably upgrading swiftly from a maiden win to a convincing G2 defeat of 12 rivals at Royal Ascot. Down in trip, but he’s classy with speed as well as stamina. |

High Definition |
Hasn’t run since a dismal performance in a G1 Irish Classic in June, though excuses were made. His previous third in a G2 here in May reads much better. The best probably yet to come from this big long striding colt. |

Scope |
Up in class but has only raced three times now having his first start since May. He appears to be gradually improving. Stable having a great season but a win would surprise. |
4 |
Sir Lucan |
No worries with this trip having won a Listed event over further in May. Finished well from off the speed when a close second in a Goodwood G3 recently. Chances here. |
5 |
The Mediterranean |
Stays this trip and, quite lightly raced, has chances of improvement. At long odds for a Longchamp G1 last time, he led before fading. Not an obvious winner, though. |
6 |
Third Realm |
Put himself into the Epsom Derby picture with a Lingfield Listed victory. Didn’t make a big splash at Epsom but he ran a decent third at Goodwood last time after being hampered. |
7 |
Yibir |
Looked improved for gelding when despite being too keen he won a 2600m G3 at Newmarket. Again too free at Goodwood last time, and will need to settle better here. |

Youth Spirit |
Although it was not a strong G3 he proved his stamina for this trip when winning at Chester, despite interference. Quite an encouraging fourth in a Goodwood G3 last time. |
