It was previously advised that Jockey C Schofield, who is currently serving a careless riding suspension, was unable to ride track work after injuring his left hand.

The Stewards have today been advised by the Chief Medical Officer that C Schofield is not fit to resume race riding on Wednesday, 18 November 2020 as the injury is not properly healed.  Consequently, C Schofield will not be declared for race rides at the Happy Valley racemeeting to be conducted on Wednesday, 18 November 2020.

A further release in respect of Jockey Schofield’s fitness to ride will be issued at the appropriate time.
