The Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) has decided to adopt the following admission arrangements for the race meeting on 22 March at the Sha Tin Racecourse:
For Sunday’s race meeting, apart from Owners with Starters, any Owners with a successful advance table booking will be admitted to the Sha Tin race meeting. However, no guests will be admitted. The same arrangements will apply to Voting Members. Racecourse cross betting will remain unavailable. Oi Suen and Double Haven at the Sha Tin Clubhouse and Grandstand II car park will be open.
In addition, in view of the continuous increase in the number of imported cases of infection and in line with the Government’s latest health quarantine arrangements, any Owners/Voting Members or his/her family members who have travelled outside Hong Kong in the past 14 days will not be admitted to the racecourse. All Owners/Voting Members and their families entering the racecourses are required to sign a Health Declaration Form declaring that (1) they do not exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms; (2) they have not travelled outside Hong Kong in the past 14 days; (3) they have not been in close contact with someone who has travelled outside Hong Kong in the past 14 days and (4) they have not been in contact with any confirmed or preliminary positive case of COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days. We would like to ask for the continued cooperation of Owners and Voting Members in staying vigilant and following our precautionary measures to prevent the occurrence of novel coronavirus cases in the Club’s premises.
Owners and Voting Members with a successful advance table booking for the 22 March race meeting may download and complete the declaration form at www.hkjc.com/hd prior to the upcoming visits. Please note that this form has to be completed on each visit as an admission requirement for future race meetings.
