The Hong Kong Jockey Club reminds all racegoers that for the race meeting on 18 March at the Happy Valley Racecourse, apart from trainers, jockeys, Club officials and Stewards with race day duties, Owners with Starters and any Owners with a successful advance table booking will be admitted. However, no guests will be admitted. The same arrangements will apply to Voting Members. Oi Suen and Double Haven at the Sha Tin Clubhouse will be open. Customers are required to receive temperature screening before entry and wear medical masks during the race meeting.
In addition, in view of the continuous increase in imported infection cases and in line with the Government’s latest health warnings, the Racecourses WILL NOT admit any Member or his/her family members who have been outside HK for any period of time in the last 14 days. With immediate effect, ALL Members and their families entering the Racecourses are required to sign a Health Declaration Form declaring that (1) they do not exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms; (2) they have not been out of Hong Kong in the past 14 days; (3) they have not been in close contact with someone who has been out of Hong Kong in the past 14 days and (4) they have not been in contact with any confirmed or preliminary positive case of COVID-19 infection in the past 14 days. We ask for your continued support in maintaining the highest possible level of precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in the Club’s premises.

Alternatively, you may also complete the Form which will be available at different entry points of the Racecourses. Please note that this Form has to be completed on each visit as an admission requirement for future race meetings.
Venues that will be open on 18 March at the Happy Valley Racecourse are: Owners Box 2/F, Owners Box 3/F, Owners Box 4/F, Owners Box 6/F, Owners Box 7/F, Voting Members Box on 5/F, Stewards Boxes on 4/F to 6/F, Home Straight on 3/F at Members Stand II and Parade Enclosure Suites on 1/F at Members Stand III. The Club will continue to ensure social distancing at all racecourse venues open during race meetings. It will also continue to implement all other precautionary measures for the protection of customers and employees.
During the race meeting on 18 March, betting services at all Off-course Betting Branches remain suspended. Telebet hotlines 1881, 1882, 1883, 1884, 1885, 1887, 1889, Priority Red Card and Quickline services also remain temporarily suspended. Customers can continue to place bets via the 1886 Telebet Automated System, the Club’s mobile betting app, Racing Touch, or eWin. Fund deposits can be made by FPS or EPSCO via the Club’s betting app or eWin, or by PPS or Bank Bill Payment Services via online banking websites.
Customers who do not have an online fund transfer facility can register online via the Club’s betting app or eWin for FPS fund transfer.
