Happy Wednesday returns on 11 September when the DBS x Manulife Million Challenge will kick off at Happy Valley Racecourse.  Up to $20 million in total prize money will be up for grabs as the Triple Trio and the Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool will be topped up with jackpots . Fans taking part in the #HappyWednesdayHK Best Photo Contest on 11 and 18 September are in for a chance to win a Table for Four to enjoy a fabulous racing experience at adrenaline.

DBS x Manulife Million Challenge begins
DBS x Manulife Million Challenge, a competition for runners in all Class 3 and above races, will start on 11 September at Happy Valley Racecourse. When the series concludes on 26 February next year, the Owners of the three horses with the most accumulated points will share a bonus of HK$1 million. The DBS x Manulife Million Challenge opening ceremony will be staged this Wednesday after Race 3 at the Parade Ring.

$20 million mega prize for first Happy Valley night meeting
For the first Happy Valley night meeting on Wednesday, 11 September, up to $20 million in total prize money will be up for grabs as the Triple Trio and the Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool will be topped up with jackpots.
The prizes include an estimated dividend of $18 million in the Triple Trio for a single $10 winning unit as the pool will be topped up with a jackpot of $12.5 million. A $2 million jackpot will be allocated to the Quartet & First 4 Merged Pool, with Races 6 and 8 carrying jackpots of $1 million each.

Happy Wednesday fun at Beer Garden
During the two weeks of Happy Wednesday Returns, Resident band Carnivale will kick off the first week with today’s smash hits at the Beer Garden. The week after, special guest band, The MOBhk, will present its cool rock vibes.  A collection of international party bites priced from HK$48 and up will be available at trackside food booths for fans’ enjoyment.

The Gallery and Stable Bend Terrace
The Gallery serves a Mediterranean semi-buffet, with windows that afford unrivalled views of the home straight.  Stable Bend Terrace is where customers can indulge in an outdoor BBQ and enjoy free-flowing drinks. The view of the racetrack from there will have customers whinnying with delight.
