The Hong Kong Jockey Club announced that the Mark Six draw (18/032), originally scheduled on 27 March 2018, will be postponed to 29 March 2018. All accepted bets remain valid.

This is to ensure that our customers will not be affected by the temporary interruption in betting services at the Club’s Off Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) earlier today and they will be provided with sufficient time to purchase tickets.

The service interruption occurred at noon at OCBBs. Other betting channels, namely Interactive Services, eWin and Telebet services were not affected. Following our immediate actions, the service resumed at 1:45pm today. Initial findings suggested that it was caused by an internal network issue and there was a need to switch to another data centre. During the process, we had to restart the systems and implement measures to ensure that all bets previously accepted would not be affected. We will continue to investigate the details and closely monitor the performance of the systems.
