2018 Hong Kong International Sale (March) horses breeze at Sha Tin

The 28 lots catalogued for the 2018 Hong Kong International Sale (March) all breezed at Sha Tin Racecourse this morning (Saturday, 10 March), providing a large crowd of prospective buyers, media and guests with an opportunity to see the horses gallop.

Pakistan Star, second in the 2017 G1 Audemars Piguet Queen Elizabeth II Cup and the 2017 BMW Hong Kong Derby and currently on a Hong Kong mark of 123, is the highest-rated HKIS graduate in training at present. He was a HK$6 million purchase at the 2016 HKIS and has earned more than HK$15.8 million in 12 lifetime starts.

The auction will take place at the Sha Tin Parade Ring on Friday, 16 March. A cocktail reception will commence at 6.30pm, with the first lot due into the ring at 7.45pm.
