The Hong Kong Jockey Club Pre-Season Carnival will be held in Sha Tin Racecourse and Penfold Park on 26 August 2017. As Penfold Park is the venue for a number of equine activities, dogs will not be allowed to enter the Park during that day. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
