New restaurant Co-Tack and Farrier On 1 invigorate Happy Valley Photo Release

To cater for the needs of different of public customers segments, the first floor Happy Valley Racecourse has been converted into a modern betting hall and a new restaurant is opened this season. An opening ceremony was held today at the new Co-Tack restaurant.
