The Hong Kong Jockey Club will simulcast for betting the Queen Elizabeth Stakes Day races from Randwick Racecourse and G2 WATC Derby (2400m) from Ascot Racecourse in Australia on Saturday, 8 April (1st race 10.50am).
The Sydney Autumn Racing Carnival culminates with the running of the G1 Queen Elizabeth Stakes (2000m), Sydney’s premier weight-for-age contest. A star-studded field will assemble this year, headed by Godolphin’s Australian superstar Anamoe who is bidding to collect a tenth Group 1 victory. The Grand Finals of Australian Racing also features three other prestigious Group 1 races, namely, the G1 Sydney Cup (3200m), G1 Australian Oaks (2400m) and G1 Queen of the Turf Stakes (1600m).
After the conclusion of the Sydney races, the WATC Derby will be beamed live from Ascot Racecourse in Perth. The best staying 3YO colts and fillies across Western Australia will battle it out.
