RACE 4 – LEGION OF MERIT

The Veterinary Surgeon reported that LEGION OF MERIT was lame in its left front leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, LEGION OF MERIT will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 8 – MILLENNIUM FALCON

After the race, an endoscopic examination was conducted on MILLENNIUM FALCON at the request of Trainer T P Yung. The Veterinary Surgeon said this examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse’s trachea.

RACE 9 – BLISSFUL LIFE

After the race, an endoscopic examination was conducted on BLISSFUL LIFE at the request of Trainer K L Man. The Veterinary Surgeon said this examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse’s trachea.

RACE 10 – NOWITZKI

After the race, an endoscopic examination was conducted on NOWITZKI at the request of Trainer T P Yung. The Veterinary Surgeon said this examination showed a substantial amount of mucus in the horse’s trachea. The Veterinary Surgeon also reported that NOWITZKI was lame in its right hind leg on the morning after racing. Before being allowed to race again, NOWITZKI will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during yesterday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
