Have you ever struggled to recognise the horse you have supported in a race?
In response to customers’ needs, the Club has launched its first version of the “Find My Horse”, a new feature of the HKJC TV mobile app.
Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), “Find My Horse” can track and indicate the position of a horse selected by the user on a phone or tablet screen during live races. “Find My Horse” uses AI technology to recognise the horse of your choice at local race meetings, providing fans with a more personalised racing experience.
“We continuously strive to improve the customer experience by employing leading innovations in the global racing industry. AI is something that improves as it learns, and we appreciate our customers’ understanding,” said Richard Cheung, Executive Director, Customer and International Business Development of The Hong Kong Jockey Club.
“Find My Horse” must be used in conjunction with the HKJC TV app. Users* are required to log on to the HKJC TV app with their betting account before opening “Find My Horse”.
The “Find My Horse” trial version is now available for iPhone and Android users to download free from the relevant Hong Kong app stores or through the Club’s official website at https://m.hkjc.com/ .
