The Club’s Chief Medical Officer has this morning provided an update on Jockey T Piccone who sustained an injury to his right ankle whilst riding at the Sha Tin race meeting on Sunday, 26 September 2021.   The Chief Medical Officer has advised that Jockey Piccone requires follow-up orthopaedic treatment and physiotherapy.  Accordingly, Jockey Piccone will not be fit to accept race riding engagements until further notice. 

A further release in respect of Jockey Piccone’s fitness to ride will be issued at the appropriate time.
