| Moremi | Did win a minor event over 1400m at a provincial track last year, justifying favouritism then. Never dangerous last time. |
| Trou Aux Biches | Her nine starts have been at tracks up and down France and over a great variety of distances. Just occasional promise. |
| Adehaine | Supplemented, but connections are struggling to find the right trip for him and he goes up in distance again after failing to quicken last time. |
| Checked Out | Soundly beaten at long odds in three starts so far. Now in a handicap and it will need to make a big difference. |
