The Licensing Committee, by circulation of paper, has resolved to grant a Freelance Jockey’s licence for the remainder of the 2018/2019 racing season to Matthew M F Poon effective on Thursday, 25 October 2018, the day following him having ridden his 70th winner in Hong Kong at the Happy Valley meeting on 24 October 2018.

Accordingly, his weight allowance will automatically reduce from 5 lbs to 3 lbs with immediate effect.
