| 2 | Glory Fighter | Speedy. Broke course record for two-year-olds when winning over 997m at Lingfield last month. Interesting. |
| 3 | Kinks | Troubled run when sixth in Listed race following two wins. Hard to see him having the class for this. |
| 4 | Konchek | Close and unlucky third to Vintage Brut and Sabre in Listed race after earlier win. Should improve. |
| 5 | Land Force | Won maiden over 1200m on heavy ground before third to two stablemates on faster going. Drop in trip not certain to help. |
| 6 | Pocket Dynamo | Speedy American bred won latest two including in France. Likely to be prominent. Remains to be seen if good enough. |
| 7 | Rumble Inthejungle | Narrowly won on debut. A lot more required. |
| 8 | The Paddocks | Promising winner on debut over 1200m. Second won since. Hard to assess but could be useful. |
| 9 | Vintage Brut | A rare runner at Sandown for trainer Tim Easterby when following up easy maiden win by narrowly beating Sabre and Konchek in Listed race. Speedy and should be competitive. |
| 10 | Shang Shang Shang | As a Wesley Ward representative has to be taken seriously. Won sole run at Keeneland in April over 900m on dirt. An unknown quantity but probably useful. |
