Jockey H Bowman has lodged a notice of appeal against the decision made by the Racing Stewards on 24 January 2024 finding him guilty of a charge of careless riding when riding LUCKY BANNER in Race 3 at the Sha Tin race meeting on 24 January 2024, and imposing a penalty of suspension from riding in races from 15 February 2024 to 18 February 2024 (both dates inclusive) and a fine of $30,000.  Jockey Bowman is appealing against the finding of guilt.
