The hearing for Jockey Z Purton’s appeal against the decision made by the Racing Stewards on 16 July 2023 finding him guilty of a breach of Rule 155 (5) when riding VANTASTIC CHOICE in Race 2 at the Sha Tin race meeting on 16 July 2023 and imposing a penalty of a fine of $20,000, has been rescheduled to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday 16 September 2023 at the Inquiry Room, Happy Valley Racecourse.
