The Appeal lodged by Jockey Z Purton against the decision made by the Racing Stewards on 16 July 2023 finding him guilty of a breach of Rule 155 (5) when riding VANTASTIC CHOICE in Race 2 at the Sha Tin race meeting on 16 July 2023 and imposing a penalty of a fine of $20,000, will be heard by the Stewards of the Club at 10 a.m. on Friday 8 September 2023 at the Inquiry Room, Happy Valley Racecourse.
