The Licensing Committee, by way of written resolutions, resolved to:-

1. approve Trainer Anthony Millard to relinquish his Trainer’s licence for the 2023/2024 racing season;
2. grant a part-season Club Jockey’s licence to Andrea Atzeni for the 2023/2024 racing season from 17 July 2023 to 12 February 2024, both dates inclusive; and
3. promote the following applicants from Head Lad to the position of Assistant Trainer for the 2023/2024 racing season:-

Further, the Committee noted:

1. that Mr Michael C W Chang has fulfilled the Trainer’s Performance Criteria and is granted a Trainer’s licence for the 2023/2024 racing season; and
2. the transfer of Assistant Trainer Way M W Leung from Peter L Ho’s stable to Michael C W Chang’s stable for the 2023/2024 racing season as Mr Ho decided not to pursue his trainer’s licence for the 2023/2024 racing season.
