G3 – 1400m – Turf
| Mysterious Night | Ended fine 2-y-o season with impressive success in Grade 1 race at Woodbine. Last when favourite for Group 3 in April and not seen since. A puzzle. |
| The Antarctic | Improved through last year, ending with placed runs in G1s over 1200m. Won G3 at Naas over same trip in May. Good chance if stays. |
| Age Of Kings | Creditable efforts at G2/3 level last year. Well beaten in G1 Irish 2000 Guineas in May. Needs more. |
| Alexander John | Eight race maiden. Out of his depth. |
| Covey | Very progressive. Led and dominated good Class 2 Handicap over 1634m at Haydock in May. Leading contender. |
| Empty Metaphor | Well beaten in G3 at Leopardstown when 100/1 then narrowly won maiden over 1400m at Limerick. An unlikely winner. |
| Enfjaar | Won both outings, latest easily in a novice over 1600m on all-weather track. Likely to improve further and an interesting candidate. |
| Flight Plan | Narrowly beaten in Listed race over 1605m before outclassed in G1 2000 Guineas. Has to show is competitive at this level. |
| Holguin | Big rise in handicap mark after finished between two higher rated rivals in Listed race in May. Again second in Listed race since. Not ruled out. |
| Holloway Boy | Placed in G2 and G3 races last year then respectable third in G1 over 1600m. Well beaten in G1 2000 Guineas. May be best over 1400m on good ground. |
| Quar Shamar | After won maiden readily over 1600m took on G1 Irish 2000 Guineas. Creditable sixth place puts him in the mix here. |
| Streets Of Gold | Won all five races as 2-y-o, ending by winning good Class 2 Handicap over 1400m at York. Finding it harder this year, third in Listed race this month. Needs to resume progress. |
| Thunderbear | Took seven attempts before first win last year. Improving and good fourth in G3 over 1186m at Naas in May when 50/1. Needs more. |
| Zoology | Not run since well beaten in G3 over 1400m at Newbury in April. Tough task. |
| Olivia Maralda | Runner-up in a G2 over 1400m at the Curragh as 2-y-o and impressed, with several of today’s rivals behind, when winning Listed race at Epsom this month. A good chance. |
