The Appeal lodged by Jockey S De Sousa against the decision of the Racing Stewards made and the penalty imposed on 19 March 2023 to suspend him from riding in races from 26 March 2023 to 2 April 2023 (both dates inclusive), and a fine of $60,000 for careless riding [Rule 100(1)], will be heard at 2:30 p.m. on Friday 31 March 2023 in the Inquiry Room at the Happy Valley Racecourse.
