RACE 1 – SMART COUSIN

SMART COUSIN, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. SMART COUSIN was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C H Yip this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, SMART COUSIN will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 2 – M M JOHNNY

M M JOHNNY, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. M M JOHNNY was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer K L Man this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its left front leg. Before being allowed to race again, M M JOHNNY will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 7 – EN POINTE

EN POINTE, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings. EN POINTE was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer F C Lor this morning. He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg. Before being allowed to race again, EN POINTE will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted this morning of all other horses inspected during last night’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
