The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing NSW that PULSAR STRIDER, which raced as Arthur Francis prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers in its most recent race start conducted in that jurisdiction.

Mr T P Yung, trainer of PULSAR STRIDER, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Yung’s request has been approved.
