The Club’s Chief Medical Officer has this morning advised that Jockey Antoine Hamelin has provided a negative Rapid Antigen Test (“RAT”) as well as meeting further requirements in accordance with the Club’s internal protocols which has included daily polymerase chain reaction (“PCR”) testing.  Accordingly, Jockey Hamelin remains eligible to fulfil his race riding engagements for the Sha Tin racemeeting to be conducted tomorrow.

Jockey Hamelin will be required to provide a further negative RAT tomorrow morning as well as providing a PCR test which is not positive after which a final decision on his clearance to ride at the meeting will be made.

A further release will be issued after the applicable requirements have been undertaken.
