Fast and professional at York, justifying favouritism when thrashing his ten rivals by 9L and upwards.

Bred for speed, and showed that on his only start when comfortably winning a maiden at Navan.

Beat subsequent winners when making a winning career start at Newbury. Then led but outspeeded by a very smart rival at the same track.

Placed on his first three starts before winning a maiden. Faces much stronger opposition here.

Winning form is usually essential to land this G2 and he doesn’t have it, though second in a Haydock maiden last time.

This US raider has been competing over shorter trips on and on a dirt surface. Clearly fast but doesn’t look to have the right profile for this.

Despite showing some inexperience, he led throughout to win over this trip at Windsor on last month’s debut.

His trainer has been hugely complimentary about this colt who has won both starts easily. Proved his ability for 1200m at Newbury last time.

Has won both starts, each at around 1000m. Now needs to prove himself at 1200m and against much stronger rivals.
