In view of the gradual relaxation of social distancing measures by the HKSAR Government upon the stabilisation of the COVID-19 situation, the Hong Kong Jockey Club (the Club) announces that it will re-open all Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) from 21 April. Telebet services will be gradually resumed from 24 April.

All OCBBs will open from 12:00 nn to 6:00 pm on the days of non-day race meeting, and be closed on the days of day race meeting. OCBBs will only provide services of betting account deposits and withdrawals, cashing-in of vouchers and winning tickets, and betting accounts maintenance. Betting services, Self-Vending Terminals, and the display of odds and wagering information will not be available.
                          
All persons entering any OCBB must meet the vaccination requirements of Vaccine Pass, and are required to scan the LeaveHomeSafe QR code using the LeaveHomeSafe mobile application and present vaccination record in accordance with the Vaccine Pass requirements. Public health measures including body temperature scanning, mask-wearing, social distancing and cleaning and disinfecting will be implemented in all OCBBs.

For the race meetings on 24 April and 27 April, the Club will offer Telebet Quick Line and Express services. For the race meetings from 1 May onwards, all Telebet hotline services will be resumed.
