The Stewards have been provided with written advice from Racing SA that WHEN YOU BELIEVE, which raced as Roccabascerana prior to being imported into Hong Kong, wore blinkers when it raced in that jurisdiction.

Mr F C Lor, trainer of WHEN YOU BELIEVE, has requested he be permitted to race the horse in blinkers without it being subjected to a blinkers test. Mr Lor’s request has been approved.
