Inazuma Tailor

3-year-old won debut last December over Hanshin 1800m then had only 1 start until 2 November and finished 10th over 1870m at NAR track. May improve but speed was lacking in first 2 starts. Too many unknowns. Wild card.

Intense Flame

3-year-old took 12 races to break maiden, but results included 7 thirds and only two times off the board. Distance gradually increased from a sprint until success at 1700m. Returned after 3 months off for fifth over Niigata 1800m. Races handily. Improvement likely.

Key Slogan

1 second and 3 thirds in last 4 starts, all at this level and distance, but at lefthanded tracks. Switch to right may help but previous results at Hanshin poor. Not to be written off.

La Vita E Bella

Front-running colt moved up from NAR circuit after success in sprints. First and only JRA start brought fourth in Hanshin 1800m this April. Returning after 7 months off. Wild card.

Lord Gluck

Has failed to make top three in 12 starts, largely over 1800m, since April 2020. Likely not a contender.

Sunrise Citrus

3-year-old just broke maiden in fourth start over Niigata 1800m on sloppy ground. Started over turf at Hanshin for 3-6 but switched to 1800m dirt for 3-1. Should handle direction change with return to Hanshin. Races close to pace. Promising.

T M Venture

Won debut over Hanshin 1800m but raced to left in all 5 starts afterward with only one result (a second place) on board. Return to Hanshin 1800m a likely plus, but speed a question. Worth a wager.

Yamanin Supremo

Has failed to win in last 21 starts. Came close early this year but posted 7-10-4 in three starts since August. Not promising.
