1200m – Turf

1 Street Cry Success Looks well-placed dropping back into Class 4 where he is one-from-one. Looks for improvement here and maps well having drawn barrier 2.
2 Chicago Star Has shown ability in four career starts with one win and a third. Has tactical speed which should stand him in good stead here.
3 Heavenly Dancer Promising 4YO who has impressed with two wins from three starts and did not disgrace last time out when checking home a fast finishing second. Leading chance here.
4 Rise Of Empire Another 4YO who is showing promise after leading all the way to score by 2.3L at this track and distance 35 days ago – his second win at start number seven.
5 Wonderful Knight Defied his longs odds to check home 2.6L into 5th when first-up last start after leading them up. Should have come on for the run but place claims are preferred.
6 Beer Garden Racing well after a stable change and nice effort last start when flashing home the fastest in his race after being steadied early from a wide draw. Can surprise.
7 Vulcan Raced wide last time out but still ran on well for a better-than-it-reads 9th, beaten 4.9L. Capable, but drawn wide.
8 Thunder

Remains a maiden after nine local starts but recent runs have been encouraging. Last start got well back in running but made up ground. Keep safe in the numbers here.
9 Miej

Handy 4YO who scored a big win as favourite in Maiden company last start, drawing away by 3.8L. This race is tougher, but he certainly looks to have more to come.
10 Centurion Looked unsuited over 1200m first-up, so hard to recommend here. Better form is over further.
11 I’m A Conqueror Remains unplaced from nine starts in Class 4, so wait for him to drop back into Class 5 company.
12 Diamond Mine Has shown little in recent efforts and has done little in three Class 4 attempts. Needs something easier than this.
13 What You Like Ran on powerfully into 7th last time out, beaten 2.9L after racing wide. Place chance at best.
14 Eastiger Will be suited by the rise in distance after a get back, run on performance over 1100m last time out. However, his Class 4 record is questionable.
  Reserves
15 Ironclad Lightly-raced 5YO who has shown ability in nine starts for two wins and three seconds. Has trialled well for his return and seems capable.
16 Crown Gift It has been 769 days since this 6YO last won, so he is hard to recommend. Races first-up and the betting market will be worth watching.
