Simulcast and betting arrangements for Singapore Gold Cup Day and Mile Championship Two Double Trio pools on offer for Singapore Gold Cup Day

HKJC Horse Race Betting Limited will simulcast nine races of Singapore Gold Cup Day from Kranji Racecourse, Singapore on Saturday, 21 November. It will also simulcast Mile Championship from Hanshin Racecourse, Japan as part of the Sha Tin day meeting on Sunday, 22 November. Bets will be accepted* for these overseas races and two Double Trio pools will be offered to Singapore Gold Cup Day.

The ticket sales for Singapore Gold Cup Day will be available from 12:00 nn on Friday, 20 November. And the ticket sales for Mile Championship will be available from 12:00 nn on Saturday, 21 November. (Subject to further announcement by the Club)

Race times and betting pools

Singapore Gold Cup Day is scheduled as S1-1 to S1-9, and is due to start at 1:00 pm on 21 November. Mile Championship is scheduled as S2-1, and is due to start at 2:40 pm on 22 November, when ten local races will be held at Sha Tin Racecourse on the same afternoon. The local races have been scheduled as Races 1 to 10. Details of the post time and betting pools are:

Broadcast arrangement at Off-Course Betting Branches

No public halls at Off-Course Betting Branches (OCBBs) will broadcast simulcast races; only audio broadcast will be available. However, Priority Zones, theatres, some media halls# at OCBBs and Wins Cafe at North Point will broadcast the simulcast races. Special measures will be implemented and notices will be posted to ensure appropriate social distancing. Customers are required to observe the social distancing and group gathering restrictions as promulgated by the HKSAR Government during their stay in the OCBBs.

‘S1’ or ‘S2’ must be indicated for overseas race bets

Customers betting with cash or through Interactive Services** on overseas races should mark the ‘S1 box’ or ‘S2 box’ and race number of the overseas race on the ticket or as required by the Interactive Services interfaces. Those placing bets via Telebet should clearly indicate the overseas race and race number to the operators. Those using the 1886 Telebet Automated Services should input ‘overseas race’ and the race number respectively.

If ‘S1’, ‘S2’ or ‘Overseas race’ is not indicated as required, any bets placed will be accepted as bets for the corresponding local race.

The odds and starter information for overseas races will be available at all OCBBs, via Interactive Services, and on the Odds and Information Hotline 1835888.

Ticket sales for Singapore Gold Cup Day will be available from 12:00 nn on Friday, 20 November. And the ticket sales for Mile Championship will be available from 12:00 nn on Saturday, 21 November. Selling hours for the overseas races are:
