RACE 3 – PLANET FLYER

PLANET FLYER, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings.  PLANET FLYER was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer W Y So on the morning after racing.  He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg.  As previously advised, PLANET FLYER will be required to perform to the satisfaction of the Stewards in a barrier trial and be subjected to an official veterinary examination before being allowed to race again.

RACE 3 – MASTERWORK
       
The Veterinary Surgeon reported that MASTERWORK was lame in its right front leg on the morning after racing.  Before being allowed to race again, MASTERWORK will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

RACE 7 – CHAMP PATROL
       
CHAMP PATROL, which performed poorly, was examined by the Veterinary Officer who said at that time there were no significant findings.  CHAMP PATROL was again examined by the Veterinary Officer at the stables of Trainer C Fownes on the morning after racing.  He said at this time he noted the horse to be lame in its right front leg.  Before being allowed to race again, CHAMP PATROL will be subjected to an official veterinary examination.

The Veterinary Officer reported that examinations conducted last Sunday morning of all other horses inspected during last Saturday’s racemeeting were shown to have no significant findings.
